This beautiful sculpture was in fact intended for the amusement of the smallest inhabitants of the royal Mughal court. It's a precious object totally handmade. The double dome over the seat is full of small details like the beautiful decoration, called Jali, which recurs across all sculpture. Elephants are covered with a fine floral decoration, and drivers holding in their hands two flags also in bronze. A play in the game, because at every look you can find new precious details.
