Magnificent sundial in Asiago Biancone marble with a top inlay in Red Verona marble, entirely hand-carved. This sundial was kept south-facing , starting from the summer solstice (June 21) on. The gnomon has been replaced because the original one was damaged by the weather. This item comes from the Italian district of Vicenza, where it was part of the outdoor furnishings of a local holiday farm. One of a kind piece, considering it’s completely intact, in a beautiful marble; the entire perimeter is decorated with an elegant braided pattern, elegant and refined.
