A crucifix carved in ivory, of fine workmanship. It is mounted on a wooden cross with traces of gilding and placed inside a wooden frame, gilded with real gold leaf and made in a later period. Velvet passe-partout. Italian artefact from the early 19th century. Preserved in very good condition, with patina. No cracks or missing parts. There are signs of ageing on the velvet and on the frame. Christ size 18 x 13 x 4 cm, with frame 42 x 57 cm.
