Work table with openable top, on which leaves and flowers are inlaid within a linear black ebonised frame with other contrasting woods. The interior is in birdseye maple and divided into three open compartments with black painted profiles. Under the top there is a mirror. The four legs are joined by an inlaid shelf and have arched feet at the end. The whole item has a walnut and maple veneered structure, with inlays in several precious types of wood and gilt bronze fittings and profiles.
