This is an absolutely stunning pair of solid bronze classical jardinieres on stands. This high quality hot cast solid bronze was produced using the traditional "lost wax" process, otherwise known as the "cire perdue" method. These charming pair features Venetian dolphins supporting each jardiniere, standing on Corinthian fluted columns pedestals with elaborate capitals decorated with acanthus leaves and scrolls. They feature an attractive Verdigris patination and are sure to attract attention wherever placed. Condition: In excellent condition, please see photos for confirmation.
