A Baltic silvered glass eight armed chandelier with a central baluster of cobalt blue. The large silver hoop within a cobalt blue flat plate with swags of oval faceted buttons form a central anthemion crown, with downwards swept chain of oval bottoms to a circular hoops holding eight candle sconces now newly electrified and four pygmy bulbs in the centre of the chandelier, between upstanding anthemion honeysuckles upon the hoop been embossed and fretted suspending icicles with a lower section with a smaller hoop suspending more icicles within a flat plate a blue glass terminating with beads and the blue ball.
