They depict young women with musical instruments set against that evoke the feeling of spring and summer respectively. Painted in the romantic Germanic style, and signed by the artist, Josef Albrecht who was Austrian but very active in Munich in the late 19th Century It is a delightful and tranquil picture which will grace any room in your home.
