This is a beautiful antique gilt metal and enamel trinket box, circa 1890 in date. The box features patterned decorations to the borders with a beautiful enamel plaque set in the middle. The lid of the box is finely decorated with a hand painted scene of gentlemen and a lady dressed in XVIII century clothing and visiting what appears to be the King's camp.
