19th century terracotta sculpture. Work of great measure and impact depicting a young woman bust with lacquered wooden base. Finely chiselled terracotta sculpture, for antique dealers and collectors. Work signed and dated on the back "A. Desenfans 1870", famous Belgian sculptor born in 1845. The wooden base has a maximum height of 12 cm, it has some color drops. The terracotta maximum height is 54 cm. In fabulous patina, it has some signs of wear. Overall in good state of conservation.
