Antique early-20th Century Imperial Russian solid silver & cut-glass Pan-Slavic style claret jug. Of baluster shape, cut-glass body profusely decorated, the silver mounts repousse decorated with Slavic scrolls and stylized flowers, the beaded hinged lid surmounted with a large thumb-piece, inside richly parcel-gilt. Hallmarked Russian 84 silver (875 standard), Moscow, year 1908-1917, Maker's mark in Cyrillic for (Orest Kurliukov, 1884-1916), later French import marks.
