Antique 19th Century Victorian extremely rare solid silver complete boxed traveling writing set, comprising of a removable writing slope, wax pot, stamp box, large silver box, pens, pencils and letter opener, removable letter and paper rack, 3 sliding draws. Very decorative and rare set, all parts hallmarked and engraved with crowned initials. Hallmarked English silver (925 standard), London, year 1863, Maker JMCB (John Mechin & Charles Bazin), All pens hallmarked, London, Maker S.M (Sampson Mordan, specialist in pens and novelties).
