DESCRIPTION

Antique 19th Century Imperial Russian solid silver and niello large tea caddy, parcel gilt, of square form, each side with a niello decoration depicting famous Moscow landmarks, the sides borders and domed lid chased with ivy foliate decoration. Both parts are fully Hallmarked Imperial Russian silver 84 (875 silver standard), Moscow, Maker's mark in Cyrillic PA (Peter Abrasimov)
