DESCRIPTION
Antique late-19th Century French Empire style exceptional solid silver four piece tea service, consisting of a hot water urn, teapot, lidded sugar bowl and cream jug, all on four spreading scroll feet, the body applied with acanthus leaves and reeded boarders, twin ribbon tied scroll handles, mounted with pine cone finials. All parts Hallmarked French silver (Minerva, 950 standard), Maker A.D (Alphonse Debain, 1883-1911, 79 Rue du Temple, Paris).
